Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will be provided at the following pick up points ONLY: Pick-up point Time Cau Giay Hotel 7.30 Hanoi Hotel 7.30 Lake Side Hotel 7.45 Bao Son International Hotel 7.30
Buses will depart from these hotels at 7.30 am each morning of the conference. Please be at the lobby at this time. A student helper will have a sign for identifying the bus.
Buses will return from conference to the hotels at 5.15 pm. Please be at the pick up point in front of the conference venue (K1 Building). If you miss the bus, you must find your own transportation.
